Welcome
Thank you for visiting. My website is here to share my practice of Reflective Meditation. I know from personal experience that it’s hard to maintain a regular meditation practice, especially in the beginning. If you’d like personalized support and help with developing a meditation practice that works for you, I’m available for meditation support online and in person in Ann Arbor, Michigan. I’d be happy to share what my practice is like and assist you in your practice.
I am associated with SatiSangha (Newbury Park, CA), Pine Street Sangha (Portland, OR), Vacaya Sisters (online), and Still Mountain Meditation Center (Ann Arbor, MI)
Kickstart Your Practice
I’m a big believer in meditation and that almost anyone can have a regular meditation practice. I’m offering a dedicated time to discuss your meditation practice. At the end, you’ll have a plan of action on how to proceed.
Here are some possible topics for discussion on your Zoom call:
- Develop a strategy to deal with emotional distress in meditation.
- Uncover what’s stopping you from establishing a regular practice.
- Develop a plan for strengthening your meditation.
- Find ways to deal with common experiences such as restlessness, boredom, worry, or drowsiness.
- Find a way to incorporate self-compassion, kindness, and other positive qualities into your meditation and your life.
I can help you uncover what prevents you from a well-established, deeply satisfying meditation practice.
If progress has stalled, here’s a way to get recharged.
