Reinvigorating Your Meditation Practice in 2024

Time is so elastic.  Sometimes it feels like it goes so fast, at other times it drags.  This is how it’s been for me this month—-getting over a bad cold, holiday preparations, and getting ready for a trip all in the same month.  Time was galloping along.

But I didn’t want this month to pass without wishing all of you the best holiday and a great 2024.  I want to encourage you to continue to develop your meditation practice.

To assist with that, I’m offering help to get you past stuck points or get restarted after a pause. Additionally, I can help anyone interested in starting a meditation practice.

I can be contacted at eld0306@yahoo.com. I’d love to talk with you.

Happy Holidays!

  1. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year Erica.
Elastic? I have come to the realization of my space-time limitations. I could try to jump past my limits with drugs but maybe our limits are put in place for our own safety. Meditation gives many benefits, it expand our awareness but then we become more aware of all the suffering of innocence in the world. I feel some rule the world by closing the heart of the masses, creating more ignorance, by spreading mass trauma. Michelangelo works on the Sistine Chapel shows the process. The last image in his art story is the deluge and just before that he painted the women as hard, like men. I realized if the Children do not experience the female energy in Childhood, but replaced by the state, they will grow up to be like 1930’s Germans. A Bf Skinner process, conditioned to respond without a heart.

I hope you have a nice trip.

    • Thank you for your comments. I do think that meditation makes us more aware of the suffering in the world. Holding that is a challenge when our natural impulses are to turn away. ‘Go against the stream’.
